Terms & Conditions – Healthy Hearts Wellness and Yoga
1. Enrollment & Membership
All clients must complete registration prior to attending classes.
Memberships, class packs, and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Expiry dates for class packs will be clearly stated at purchase and cannot be extended without approval.
2. Payments & Fees
All class fees, memberships, and packages must be paid in full before participation.
Auto-renewal plans will be billed on a recurring basis until canceled in writing.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of membership access.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Class schedules are subject to change; notice will be provided where possible.
Clients must cancel classes within the studio’s cancellation window (e.g., 12–24 hours before class) to avoid forfeiting a credit or incurring a fee.
Workshops, events, or retreats may have separate cancellation policies.
4. Studio Etiquette
Clients must arrive on time and respect the instructor and other participants.
Mobile phones should be silenced during class.
Clean attire and personal hygiene are required to maintain a safe environment.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for notifying instructors of any injuries or health conditions before class.
Participation is at the client’s own risk; the studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes.
The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health or conduct poses a risk to others.
6. Liability Waiver
By attending classes, clients acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and accept responsibility for their own well-being.
Healthy Hearts Wellness and Yoga, its owners, and instructors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred on the premises.
7. Privacy & Data
Client information will be used solely for class management, communication, and billing purposes.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Amendments
Healthy Hearts Wellness and Yoga reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
